- An initial consultation to discuss the size, pose, details of the portrait, and approximate completion date.
- Portraits are created from your photo(s).
- Once a photograph as been selected, a Commission Contract Agreement will be completed and signed by artist and client. (Fees do not include framing, travel, or shipping expenses if incurred.)
- A non-refundable 1/3 deposit is required with this signed contract. The balance is due upon final approval and acceptance of the portrait.
- The painting will be created on premium canvas with oil medium.
